When we sell your home, we try and treat EACH &
EVERY showing as if it was for the buyer who is
going to purchase the home. When we sell homes,
we ask in the listing that each agent call at least 6
hours in advance before showing the property. This
gives us time to have yourself or one of our
employees drive to the property, open the blinds, turn
on the lights, check the staging, fill the air fresheners,
clear driveways and walkways, make sure there are
fliers and there are no hick-ups.
While this is business as usual for us, it's completely
the opposite of pretty much every other agent we work
with. If you are going to list your house, make sure
every showing is perfect or allow us to do it for you.
